Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Alpine West Systems Electrical. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign electrical projects to engineers or other technical workers
  • Consult with clients to determine project needs and requirements
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Direct and control daily operations, including staff management and resource allocation
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Review electrical projects to approve or recommend changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for electrical work, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
