About the Role:
The Body Shop International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Management team in driving retail excellence, strong sales results, and an engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management team in achieving sales and performance targets.
- Handle customer concerns efficiently and effectively, sharing feedback with the Store Management team as needed.
- Creatively support the upkeep of store layout and visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as needed.
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible and responsible role model to your team.
- Work with the Store Management team to shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement through our products, campaigns, and activism.
- Ensure the development of customer loyalty to further build The Body Shop brand.
- Meet sales and performance targets.
- Identify and attract high-potential candidates and develop current team members to succeed in their goals, support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Training hours for you and your team as needed.
- Ability to make connections with Community Partners to drive local activism.
