Key Responsibilities- Service Independent Business Unit accounts with a high level of professionalism and expertise
- Provide customers with prompt and personalized service, including advice and guidance on insurance options
- Process and manage all incoming Commercial paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with quotes, review existing coverage, and update customer file information
- Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue insurance certificates
- Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Communicate with Insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters on customers' behalf, and negotiate renewal of terms
- Source and obtain additional information requested by the underwriter and complete applications
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- Commercial Insurance experience is an asset
- Alberta General Level 1 License is an asset
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal and credit check
