We're seeking a talented and driven Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Lethbridge, AB. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience while providing exceptional client service.

About the Role

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll work closely with our team to deliver superior customer service, uncover clients' business challenges, and act as a client advocate to identify their needs and provide recommendations.

Requirements
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker level 2 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • BONUS 3-5 years+ of commercial or personal lines insurance experience
