About the Role

Big Rock Brewery is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with brewery equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Millwright License or Red Seal Journeyman certification.
  • Post-secondary or vocational training in a related field.
  • Fall Arrest Protection and Confined Space Training an asset.
