At Tim Hortons, we are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurants.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our team members in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits, including a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation;
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns;
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
