Key Responsibilities
- Provide product and services information to customers and resolve any emerging challenges they may face.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support customers on Descartes' proprietary products and solutions.
- Interface with customer IT/IS departments to facilitate technical support of Descartes' proprietary software and applications.
- Analyze and perform quality control of code changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or related field of study.
- Current Certified Customs Specialist designation (CCS) is required.
- Knowledge of Customs Brokerage operations and/or Freight Forwarding is required.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and professionalism.
- Experience working within Linux/Unix operating systems is an asset.
- Experience in the use of business applications in a Windows environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a remote opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
