Job Summary:
Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent work term
- Work language: English
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
