Job Summary

JEEVAN IMPEX INC is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures, and emptying trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform safety and security checks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week.
