Hotel General Manager Job Description

Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
