Job Title: Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Dream Paradise Hospitality Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our hotel, including the allocation of resources, coordination of work, and establishment of objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 32 hours per week.
