Job Title: Property Administrator

Globe Facilities Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise Support Staff: Oversee the recruitment and management of support staff responsible for operational, clerical, and maintenance duties.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Client Communication: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Tight deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
