Key Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's code of business conduct and various corporate policies.

Supporting the company's financing activities, including public debt offerings and share buyback programs.

Identifying and managing risks, preparing and managing the Board budget, and ensuring effective governance practices.

Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on corporate law and corporate financing.

Membership in the Barreau du Québec is essential.

Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
