Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in retail leadership? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at RW&CO.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve store objectives
  • Leading and managing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring and controlling store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for advancement. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a 50% discount on all RW&CO. brands and a generous employee referral program.
