Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of warehouse activities, including inventory logs and compliance records.
  • Ensure secure storage and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Employee Scheduling:

  • Develop and distribute employee schedules in Humanity, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate with Sort Management to fill operational needs and manage shift adjustments.

Reports and Presentations:

  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels and performance metrics.
  • Create and deliver presentations for internal meetings and management reviews.

Vendor Management and Procurement:

  • Support Management in scheduling vendors and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Handle procurement activities, including ordering and tracking supplies and equipment.

Service Tickets and Facility Management:

  • Support and organize service tickets related to warehouse operations.
  • Monitor facility supplies and forecast future needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
