About the Role

: We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support for advanced technologies, ensuring high availability and reliability for our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, implementing effective solutions, and providing training sessions for customers and end-users on technology products. You will work closely with Technology Sales Representatives to evaluate customer needs and contribute to developing tailored technology solutions. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, conduct internal training sessions, analyze product performance, and coordinate with co-workers to ensure efficient diagnosis and repair at customer sites. To succeed in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge of industry-leading products, including advanced software such as Business Center HCE and machine guidance systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

: Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying, civil construction, mining operations, or related engineering fields. A technical diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or Geomatics is preferred, but relevant work experience can be considered as an alternative. Formal training in presentation and training techniques is beneficial, and expertise in using Trimble Office software products, including Business Center, is required. Travel is required for this role, approximately 30-40% of the time.
