Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
