Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Agile Systems Analyst to join our Network and Systems Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize global server infrastructure, including virtual and physical servers.
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues, and implement action plans for resolution.
- Function as a subject matter expert for performance tuning, capacity planning, and the roll-out of new technologies.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure that the server infrastructure meets the organization's needs.
- Train and mentor junior systems analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with server automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
