Job Description

**Job Title:** Casual Education Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Casual Education Assistant to join our team at School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha). As a Casual Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with grade-appropriate curriculum material
  • Support students with special needs in a structured program or school setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, employees, and the public
  • Perform physical tasks related to the job, such as lifting and moving equipment

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Successful completion of a Certified Education Assistant Program
  • Four months of recent experience working with children and/or adolescents in a structured program or school setting
