Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Bethesda. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to individuals in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and programs
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's behavior or health
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Valid driver's license
  • Immunization records
  • Medical exam
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

The Support Worker will work in a group home setting, with various locations. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to individuals.
