Job Title: Recreation Facility Operator

The City of Martensville is seeking a Casual Recreation Facility Operator to join our team at the Martensville Sports Centre Arena.

Job Summary:

This is a casual position responsible for facility and ice maintenance, reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility and ice maintenance
  • Variable hours of work, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Backfilling full-time staff absences due to vacation, sick time, etc.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 diploma or GED
  • As per the CUPE LOCAL 2582 Collective Agreement:
    • Regular Rate: $26.75 / hour
    • Shift Differential $2.00 / hour for all hours worked Monday to Friday between 6 pm to 6 am and all weekend hours.
