As part of the Connect 6ix project, this position will involve working closely with project teams, the Project Control Manager, and the Contract Manager to ensure timely and accurate documentation submission of all impacts related to cost and schedule variations.

The Risk and Variation Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing the Variation process, coordinating with project stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize project risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a high level of personal motivation, ability to consult with other members of the Technical, Schedule, Estimating and Construction teams, and extensive knowledge of MS Office tools.

We are looking for a talented professional who can bring their expertise in construction project coordination, project controls, risk management, quantity survey, or a specialized position supporting or managing the change management process.
