Creative Surface Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Northland Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and finishing.

• Preparation and Application: Prepare surfaces to be painted, including sanding and cleaning, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials according to specifications.
• Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
• Mixing and Matching: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and match colors to ensure uniformity.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and finishing.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, physical stamina, and ability to work independently.
