Creative Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team at Northland Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired colour and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

• Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in this field is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colours, and physical stamina for bending, crouching, and kneeling. Additionally, they will possess efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as dental, healthcare, and vision care benefits. Our company also provides group insurance benefits, life insurance, free parking, and on-site amenities.
