Job Summary

E-NET SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our organization and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and representing the company in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage financial, human, and material resources to achieve business goals.
  • Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other high-level interactions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to senior staff.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Finance and Telecommunications industries.
