We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager - Team Lead to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager - Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
