Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to coordinate Home Support Services in our Home and Community Care team. As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will supervise Community Health Workers, oversee client care plans, and provide training and evaluation of personal care techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Home Support Services, supervising Community Health Workers and overseeing client care plans
  • Provide training and evaluation of personal care techniques
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to clients in a community health setting
  • Provide nursing procedures within the LPN Standards of Practice as outlined by BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Two years of recent, related experience, including one year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Current valid BC Driver's License
