As a wealth management assistant, you will play a key role in helping our investment advisors build strong relationships with their clients. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client accounts, and ensuring effective communication between all parties. You will work closely with a wealth advisor to provide an exceptional client experience and will be responsible for coordinating advisors' agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings. In this role, you will also be required to adhere to compliance and risk management rules. You will need good communication skills, organizational and priority management skills, and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. If you have a college diploma in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration, we would love to hear from you.
