- Order Processing
- Receive and process orders from clients and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper authorization for all documents and transactions.
- Customer Service
- Provide professional and prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Administrative Support
- Code and post invoices accurately into our system.
- Learn about the lighting industry and its specific aspects to provide informed support.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
- 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communication, and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Preferred Skills
- Digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency in French.
- Knowledge/experience in electrical work.
