RBC is seeking a Mortgage Support Professional to join our team in Winnipeg. In this role, you will support top-producing Mortgage Specialists in meeting sales objectives and related activities by providing value-added administrative services.

As a Mortgage Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide responsive client contact management. You will develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will be responsible for managing Mortgage Specialists' email and mail, proactively responding to correspondence and requests, and prioritizing tasks for them to read. Additionally, you will manage office routines and expenses to ensure efficiency is maintained through the availability of equipment and supplies and effective management of files and records.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales support role working in collaboration with a sales team providing advice and responding to client requests.
