Cardiovascular Technologist

Circulate Cardiac and Vascular Care is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tests and procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to ensure accurate test results.
- Test Administration: Administer electrocardiography tests, ambulatory monitoring, and exercise stress testing to patients.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports of test results for interpretation by cardiologists.
- Patient Assessment: Review patient case history and assess the nature of the problem to determine the necessary procedures and tests.
- Cardiac Monitoring: Monitor cardiac activity and record results.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Certifications: Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists Registration and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
