ICU Nurse

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking experienced nurses to join the intensive care team at Richmond Hospital, providing top-notch care to critically ill patients. This role requires a RN with current practicing registration and demonstrated ability in nursing practice related to the designated client group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill clients with unpredictable outcomes
- Enhance quality of life from the perspective of the client/family
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Requirements:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary: The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr., commensurate with experience.
