About the Role

As a Banking Advisor with National Bank, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of your clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help clients navigate our banking applications and ABM systems.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with ease.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Refer clients to specialist partners for specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
About the Team

The branch is open one evening per week until 6:00, providing a convenient schedule for clients. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and the Branch Manager, with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
