The Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Busser/Server Assistant to join our energetic and dynamic team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming first and last impression for our guests
- Clearing and bussing tables, polishing and stocking
- Delivering dishes to tables in a prompt and accurate manner
- Following restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
- Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a warm and welcoming personality, is friendly and outgoing, and demonstrates a positive attitude and energy at all times. You should be a self-motivated learner, goal-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. You will be expected to work calmly and effectively under pressure and set an example for a respectful, collaborative team.
