At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we are committed to creating memorable moments for our fans and guests. We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts at Rogers Arena.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sportsbar, a live sports and dining experience, is looking for talented individuals to work alongside servers to ensure all guests to our in-arena restaurants and clubs have an exceptional premium experience. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position.

A typical shift includes:

  • Working alongside servers to ensure an exceptional premium experience for our guests
  • Clearing tables and maintaining immaculate eating and serving areas
  • Assisting with guest experience questions
  • Working collaboratively as a member of a team, continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner
  • Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Completion of Serving it Right certificate
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Bussing experience is an asset
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than June 2025
