About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at RedStep Immigration Services Inc. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Design and Development
    • Estimate and plan the time required to complete complex graphic designs and illustrations.
    • Adapt and modify existing illustrations to meet client requirements.
    • Produce 2D and 3D animated drawings and computer illustrations for various mediums.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
    • Coordinate sub-contracting with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Client Communication
    • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
    • Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication based on client objectives.
  • Graphic Elements and Design
    • Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers.
    • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for client approval.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process files and paperwork related to graphic design projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
