Job Description

Transport Livriris is seeking a skilled Call Centre Agent to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
