Investment Finance and Portfolio Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Investment Finance Team as a Senior Financial Analyst, Investment Finance and Portfolio Manager. This role is responsible for timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting for the Equiton Group of companies and conducting asset valuations across the Equiton portfolio.

About the Role:
  • This position will collaborate with various teams including Acquisitions, Development, Property Management & Operations, Asset Management, Legal, Institutional Fund Raise, Marketing, and Accounting to deliver strategic analysis while applying best practices in all Equiton financial reporting.
  • The successful candidate will establish, monitor, and manage internal portfolio level financial and operational performance and key performance indicators reporting.
  • Evaluate property level performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field of study.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the accounting and finance sector.
  • Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and auditing standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Experienced in due diligence and M&A.
