We are looking for a talented lawyer with 2-10 years of post-call corporate/energy experience from a reputable law firm and/or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power and renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leading advice on all aspects of energy-related private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and complex project development transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents.
