Key Responsibilities
As a Workplace Hazard Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments related to jobs performed (Job Hazard Analysis) and new equipment introductions. You will recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics, and maintain accurate records of your findings. You will also collaborate with management to develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols.

Your duties will include:
* Conducting regular site visits to identify potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them
* Collaborating with management to develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols
* Maintaining accurate records of incidents, near misses, and observations
* Providing training and coaching to associates on safe work practices and procedures
* Supporting management's efforts to ensure compliance with all corporate program expectations and applicable federal & state laws
