Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for leading our freshness commitment, working independently or as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bakery, contributing to a great customer experience, and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake bread and pastries according to recipes and production schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a small team to achieve production goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Early riser with ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 22 kg and stand for long periods
