About the Role:

Lipco Concrete & Coating Solution Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team. As a Cement Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment
  • Willingness to relocate
