Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including baking and heating simple food items.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure recycling is properly sorted and stored.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
