Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OEB Breakfast Co Ambleside. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our high standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Ensure our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and budget for food and supplies to meet our menu demands.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Maintain our high standards of quality and service delivery.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Monitor and analyze our inventory and sales data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef: Assist our chef in planning and executing menu items.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
