Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices, technologies, and plans for their connectivity needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible schedule
  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is an asset
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
