About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead our construction execution for large ICI projects in Toronto.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to spearhead overall project construction execution, managing a highly integrated team through coordination of on-site operations that will guarantee seamless collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction experience with a strong understanding of pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards. A proven track record of executing complex projects, building trust and respect among stakeholders, is essential.

The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction operations, including safety, client interface, procurement, quality, and execution. They will also manage change and scope creep, maintaining control and balance of costs, schedules, and people.

Our ideal candidate will be determinate and resilient, with adaptability in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus under pressure. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), effective listening and negotiation abilities, and a college or university degree complemented by a strong background of experiences are required.
