About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of glass installation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation project.
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications.
  • Position and secure panes in frame to ensure a watertight seal.
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products with attention to detail.
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures to maintain their integrity.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in various locations, including residential and commercial sites.
  • Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling to access and install glass.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the glazing industry.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
