Job Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our advisory board, you'll work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business and driving growth through strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategies to address these needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet client objectives. Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to create scalable, efficient, and user-friendly systems.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the engagement. Proactively communicate progress, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system analysis and design principles, including web-based technologies, databases, and COTS applications like Cúram.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working within agile frameworks, with the ability to write and refine user stories, conduct sprint reviews, and manage product backlogs.
  • User-Centered Design: Ability to conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to enhance user experience and improve system usability.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
