Burger Baron Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Burger Baron. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash on a regular basis.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food preparation.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Work a permanent schedule with 40 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and management.
