Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Railside Lounge and Leisure Centre INC. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Will train on the job.
